I am a diehard fan of SM Enterprises from 2018 onwards, and renewed another set of purchase in 2026. That was when I walked in for my first purchase. It would be very difficult to differentiate which of their verticals win. Reception, Demo, Sales, Installation or the After-sales. You walk in and are greeted by smartly dressed, professionally attired cheerful and helpful gentlemen who make you feel comfortable before they ask you your requirements. I was surprised to have the sales executive patiently listen to me for the first 15 minutes just to understand my needs. He only interrupted to ask relevant questions in between. Having made a checklist he then took me to the experience center, showing and explaining the products and services. He was attentive and knowledgeable and answered my queries, and kept suggesting what would suit my requirements the best. As a customer, we sometimes are confused by the many models. The guy pointed out both the qualities and also the correctness of the solution.it felt as if he was more interested in ensuring my requirements were met, and not necessarily his targets.Post selection, I was helped in completing the paperwork, efficiently and warmly. Commitment of delivery schedule was made only after checking thoroughly. The installation itself was perfectly on time and as per my convenience. The mechanic was professional, both in his knowledge, attitude and attire. Every interaction is professional, and every engagement is documented. The product range is exhaustive, and can be confusing at times, but the team is able to share the differences, and can justify the pricing structure. At the same time they are pleasant , well mannered and most importantly, cheerful and respectful. I have now furnished my entire sanitary needs from the washroom to the kitchen twice personally and have recommended it to many many more. As experiences go, SM Enterprises offers the best showroom experience, a d then backs it up by providing the most pleasurable and absolutely fabulous service and after sales maintenance experience. I would rate them as the most professional team I know.
