Bought mixer from ABC Kannur kerala , after fixing we found leakage and informed abc sales person Mr.Ameer . Requested him to replace it as we didn’t started to use the product, but he didn’t agreed to replace it instead said will repair it and gave a very bad example of new scooter and tyre , which he only can explain. Pls look into it. For your information the bathroom where we fixed your product still doesn’t have door fixed , from which you can make out that we didn’t started to use the mixer. If new product itself is faulty then what kind of quantity department you guys have . Pls look into it. Next step I must inform NHC.
