Nazneen was super helpful and detailed in explaining all the details of the products that we were looking for. She was very good with even mentioning tiniest of details like, water discharge rate, materials used inside various fittings, lifetime etc. All in all it was a great experience considering we showed up without booking an appointment; we do recommend booking an appointment before cisit.

We had a wonderful experience at the LIXIL experience center on Lavelle Road. A special thanks to Nazneen for the exceptional guidance throughout our visit. She walked us through the various options in both Grohe and American standards bath fittings for our home and explained the features in detail, and offered suggestions based on both functionality and design.
